The Student Induction and Orientation Programme for the First Year Students 2023-2024 has been conducted on 08.09.2023 at 2023, from 9.15 a.m. to 10.15 a.m. in Seminar Hall I. Dr.  Gopinath Manikandan AP/ S&H Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, was the Resource person; Dr. V. Chitra, HOD/S&H was the convener / Mr. Karthikayen, AP/ Department of Science and Humanities, was the coordinator for the programme and delivered the welcome and the Vote of Thanks for the session. The session was highlighted by the topic “Role of Students in Social Welfare (NSS)”, The Resource Person has given the justification for his topic. He gave a vivid picture of the history, milestones of NSS and deeply explained the information about the organization structure, Logo and Motto of NSS illustrating by picturing sample programs.
