Youth Red Cross Unit of Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology conducted a free Dental Screening Camp in collaboration with Sri Ramakrishna Dental College and Hospital, Coimbatore on 29.05.2024 in the college premises. A team of dentists, led by Dr.D.Mohamed Kalifa B.D.S., Lecturer, Department of Public Health Dentistry carried out dental check-up for students of SRIT.  The camp included dental awareness talk, educating students about tooth decay, gum diseases, dental ailments and brushing methods. The students had a chance to interact with the dentists to enquire and gain knowledge about their oral health. Two hundred and twelve students of Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology were screened and got benefitted. The students and staff members thanked the dentists and Sri Ramakrishna Dental College and Hospital for rendering such wonderful service to our college.
