Dr. S. Kalyani, Assistant Professor, Department of S&H, SRIT, welcomed the gathering and introduced the Resource Person. Resource person Ms. Girija N C addressed the first year B.E CSE students of the academic year 2023-2024. She discussed about requirement of academic knowledge, setting goals, improving ourselves. She gave some yoga exercises to make us active and healthy also some simple exercise to improve memory power. The session was interactive.  Programme ends with the vote of thanks, proposed by Dr. S. Parvatham, Assistant Professor, Department of Science and Humanities, SRIT.
